Re-Manufacturers Warranty
(Air Compressors Only)

1. Our re-manufacturers will replace or repair any broken or defective part in any product that they have rebuilt or remanufactured for the warranty period stated.

2. The piece of equipment or component must have been properly installed and maintained. All provisions made by the re-manufacturer must be strictly followed.

3. No warranty will apply if the machine, part or component is misapplied, abused or neglected.

4. The customer is not required to pay any travel or living expenses if they are located within a 100 mile radius of the re-manufacturer. Our re-manufacturers are located in various cities throughout the U.S. Beyond the 100 mile radius the customer will be required to pay any travel or living expenses while the repairs or replacements are being performed.

5. We will not honor any warranty if the machine has been repaired or modified by any other than the specific re-manufacturer of the unit or without the written consent of the specific re-manufacturer.

6. Any machine, part or component shipped back to the re-manufacturer must be shipped prepaid.

7. No warranty will apply if the machine, part or component has not been paid for in full according to the stated payment terms.

8. No warranty will be honored if the customer installs any parts on the equipment not supplied or approved by the specific re-manufacturer.

9. There is no warranty if the re-manufacturer is not allowed to inspect, perform maintenance, or repair the machine in a reasonable time period of any problems arising.

10. Any repairs, modifications or replacement must be done Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Any warranty work outside these hours will be billed at the re-manufacturer's regular time rate.

Limitation of Liability
Compressor Resources is an acting agent where a re-manufactured unit is purchased and shall have no liability except to act as representative to assist in resolving the situation in a fair and expeditious manner. In no event will the re-manufacturer or Compressor Resources be held liable for special, consequential or incidential damages, loss of anticipated profits, loss of use of any equipment, freight, installation, removal, rentals, system operation or service into which the machine, parts or the component was installed. This limitation will apply to any liability for default under this agreement, whether the liability is based on warranty, failure to deliver or otherwise.
